"Okay, but don't expect support"
Everything was alright until I needed assistance. Spent an hour on live chat with an agent named Rebecca B. It took a good 20 minutes just to get through the security checks, and then she claimed she couldn't locate my account, despite me passing those checks. Ultimately, I got disconnected by the agent, which was a total waste of my time. I'm switching to Barclays first thing in the morning.

"Awesome product, superb customer support"
We used to have customers who always paid in cash or via bank transfer, so I was kinda skeptical about getting a card terminal and how frequently it would actually be used. Fast forward 7 months, and now most of our cash-paying customers are using the terminal! Maria Patrickson has been truly fantastic during the sales process, the setup, and with the ongoing help. She's super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows her stuff. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and say go for it with getting a terminal for card payments!

"Happy Customer: Our Experience with the Clover Terminal"
For more than a year, we've been using our Clover terminal and let me tell ya, it's been fantastic—definitely the best device we've owned. Whenever I need assistance, Steve is just a call away, and he even takes care of my compliance issues, which have been a real hassle with other companies. I can't recommend it enough!

"My Experience with Clover After a Year"
I've been using Clover for a year now, and I gotta say, the machine is top-notch. Julie was super helpful in getting everything set up and guiding me through the pci compliance stuff. I even scored a £100 Amazon voucher for referring a buddy and a £200 one at Christmas for my neighbor. Honestly, even without those perks, I'd still vouch for Clover—the machine is the best I've ever had. My funds hit the bank the very next day, which is a relief because running a salon comes with enough stress. Clover? It's one less thing to worry about. I'd tell anyone to give it a shot.

I got a Clover Flex card machine from Julie for my barbershop, and let me tell ya, it was super simple to operate. Julie was there for me throughout the entire setup and even helped with PCI compliance. I definitely recommend Clover!

"Very Satisfied with Fiserv"
I switched to Fiserv around a year and a half ago, and I’m really glad I did. The rates are lower, and those Clover devices process transactions way quicker, which saves my staff time in our busy bar. The easy-to-follow audit trail helps me track down any missing receipts, and with 3/4G, I don’t have to stress about Wi-Fi or phone lines going down. Other than the initial setup, I hardly ever need to reach out to my Account Manager, Alex Hepworth, but a quick chat with him this morning sorted out a compliance issue I was having. Definitely recommend it!

"Outstanding Support from Clover and Steve"
Up to now, I can only sing the praises of Clover and Steve, who have been super helpful during the whole transition. I held off on writing a review on Trustpilot until I got my first bill. I'm happy to report it's more affordable than what I had before. Just like someone else mentioned, I still haven't gotten my Amazon vouchers, but I trust they'll come through soon.

I've been a customer for some time now and I think this company is fantastic! The card machine offers good value and is easy to operate. Whenever I need assistance, they respond super fast. Julie, the lady I worked with, is always available to lend a hand. I reached out to the tech support team once, and they handled my issue right away. Can't complain about Clover. Definitely recommend!
